DIY Glass Protection & Restoration
Treat your glass yourself with our DIY glass kits. Once your glass protection treatment is applied, water, dirt, and other contaminants will bead off the surface to simply wipe away with a microfibre cloth. It’s best to protect your glass when it’s brand new and unused, however you can restore existing glass before applying glass protection.
Watch the videos below to see how you can protect and restore your glass using Eurocoat glass kits.
Which products do I need?
If your glass is brand new and unused, the glass protection kit is right for you. For any existing glass (eg a shower that has been used already), use the restore and protect kit.
Each kit covers approximately:
10sqm - 3 showers or 5m long balustrade
50sqm - 16 showers or 25m long balustrade
100sqm - 33 showers or 50m long balustrade
*Use any excess product on your car or boat windows
4-steps to apply and maintain
-
If your glass is completely unused and brand new, skip this step and head straight to cleaning. Otherwise, apply our Eurocoat restoration treatment - by hand or using an orbital sander.
-
Pre-clean your glass with Eurocoat pre-clean to ensure the surface is free of any dirt or cleaning product residue.
-
Apply Eurocoat’s glass protection product to the whole surface, using the application cloth. Polish with a dry microfibre cloth to get rid of any visible product residue and allow to set for 10 minutes. After 24 hours, it will be abrasion and chemical resistant.
-
Follow our aftercare instructions to maintain your treatment and keep your glass looking clean and new for longer. A regular wipe down is all that’s needed.
